次の文章を読み、設問に答えなさい。
A and B are talking in a classroom in Nagano Nishi High School.
A: Hey, your T-shirt is really cool!
B: I got it *online. It is made from old PET bottles and recycled *cotton. Can you
believe it?
A: Wow! *You mean it is all made from recycled materials?
B: Yes. Also, the factory which makes this T-shirt has *a unique system. When we buy
a T-shirt, we pay *extra money for every shirt. That money goes *directly to the
workers at the factory, and they can decide how to use it. I think buying this T-shirt
can help people who work in the factory.
A: That’s great!
B: You can still buy the shirt. Why don’t you get it, too?
A: Well, actually, I don’t like buying clothes online. I want to see the color of the real
things and feel the *texture. Of course, I want to try them on before I buy them.
B: I see. But if you use the Internet, I think you’ll have more *options. What do you
think about studying online? Because of covid-19, we sometimes have to stay home
and study online. I think we can do many things if we use the Internet.
A: That’s true. But I like meeting my friends and teachers face to face at school better
than meeting online. *I don’t want my school to be closed.
B: Well, you are very *old-fashioned. If we study online, we can have more time
because we don’t need time to go to school. We can use that time to do other things
we like.
A: You are right. But when I study at school, it’s easy to communicate with other
classmates and teachers. For example, I can see everyone, talk with my classmates
about difficult problems and ask questions. It’s easier for me to study with friends
and teachers around me. I feel more relaxed. It’s just hard for me to do it through
the screen.
B: Well, I guess each has *its own advantages.
A: Right. We can’t say which is better.
