                                                                                                                                   されていました東信地区研修会で事例発表された南信地区                         表題は小平選手が結城先生との関係について問われた際
                                                                                                                                   の高校生は「先生や保護者また地域の方たちの中に入り                       に答えた言葉だそうです実はその背景には小平選手のお
                                                                                                                                   高校生が話しをできる機会があるとよい一度主体性に火                       父 さ ん の 子 育 て の 方 針 が あ り ま す「 一 つ 一 つ 考 え さ せ る 」
                                                                                                                                   がつくとあとはどんどん動き出す」といった発言をしてい                     「常に自分で考える姿勢」等をお父さんは常に意識して小平
                                                                                                                                   ました私はこのメッセージから高校生は高校生なりに                         選手に接していたそうですある時伸び悩む小平選手につ
                                                                                                                                   社会形成に参加する意識を持っており周りの大人たちが認                     いて結城先生がお父さんにアドバイスを求めたところお父
                                                                                                                                   め背中を押すいっしょに行動しながら時に支えるといっ                       さんからは「少しほっておけばいいんですよ」と回答があっ
                      学びの芽                                                                                                     たことが大事であると感じました幸い本校は学校や生徒                       たそうですこの言葉には最後は必ず自分で決める芯の強
                                                                                                                                   会PTAや岳南会などの様々な活動を通じそういった雰                       さ=自立の大切さを小平選手に培ってきたお父さんの考えが
                                                                                                                                   囲気を醸成してきていると感じています                                     垣間見えます小平選手はご存知のとおり李相花(イ・
                                 PTA会長   土屋 和久                                                                               このPTA活動を通じ先生をはじめとする学校関係者                      サンファ)選手との感動的な場面を自然な振舞の中で見せた
                                                                                                                                   また保護者や岳南会をはじめとする地域の方々と共にます                     り様々な経験を基にした名言を数多く残していますがそ
                        この度PTA会長を務めることとなりました土屋和久と                                                         ます「探究的な学びの芽」を育てていければと思いますので の背景にはお父さんの一貫した教育の成果があるのだと思い

                      申 し ま す 私 自 身87 期 の 卒 業 生 で 在 籍 時 は 野 球 班 に
                      所属していました現在は専用グラウンドがございますが                                                                                                                                    えで同様の姿勢で小平選手に接しています「学びを積み
                      当時は完成前でしたので狭隘な校庭をサッカー班陸上班                                                                                                                                    上げた人が強い」「仲間(ライバルこそ)を大切にする」こ

                      といっしょにお互いが声を掛け合い安全確保融通しあ                                                                                                                                      ん な 言 葉 に 象 徴 さ れ る 人 間 的 な 深 み と 強 さ が あ の 笑 顔 と
                      いながら使用していたことを思い出します
                                                                                                                                   「信じてはいるが                                                         人々に愛される人間性として表れるとともにその行動や言
                        このようなかたちで母校の活動に関わりを持たせていただ                                                          頼っていない」                                                        葉  が 世界の人々の感動を呼ぶのだと思います
                      くことは大変光栄に感じていますがこれまでPTAの役員                                                                                                                                      さて表題の言葉に戻ります前段の「信じてはいるが」
                      経験がないものでどのように役割を果たすべきか戸惑いも                                                                        学校長 北澤           潔                                  はまさに指導者と選手の理想的な関係を表しているものと
                      ございますPTAとは生徒の親と学校の教師が協力して教                                                                                                                                  思いますわれわれ教員と生徒できれば保護者の皆様との
                      育効果の向上をはかることを目的とする学校単位の組織です                                                         保護者の皆様には日ごろより本校の教育活動につきまし                     関 係 も こ う あ り た い も の で あ る こ と は 当 然 で す 後 段 の
                      から主役である生徒たちがそれぞれに思い描く充実した                                                           てご理解とご協力を賜り誠にありがとうございます                           「頼っていない」は先ほど触れた自立の大切さを小平選手
                      学校生活となるよう親目線で先生方と共に支えていくこと                                                           私は本年四月に学校長として着任いたしました北澤潔と申                   が十分に理解し意識しているからこその言葉でしょう選手
                      ができればと考えています                                                                                     します本校三十四代目ということになるそうですこの数                       や生徒の立場では安易に頼らない保護者や教員・指導者
                        PTA活動に携わるなかで「探究的な学び」という言葉                                                         字からも本校の伝統の重さが感じられますが本校発展のた                     の立場ではすぐに答えを教えたり自分の考えた方向に強
                      を耳にすることが多くなりました今まさに高校教育の改革                                                         めに精一杯尽くしたいと考えておりますのでよろしくお願                     引に導いたり強制したりしないそんな関係が生徒や選手の
                      期であり従来の知識詰込み型から主体的に取り組む過程で                                                         いいたします                                                             自立と成長を促すのだと思います頼られないことを寂しく
                      理解を深めていく学びに転換されようとしています思考を                                                           さて本年度の北信越地区高等学校PTA連合会研究大会                     思うかもしれませんが          「信頼していない」と「頼っていな
                      重ね判断をし表現する主体的に多様な人たちと協働し                                                             が七月四日・五日の両日長野市を会場に開催されました い」は別物です信頼関係の中でこそ成り立つ依存しない
                      ながら学ぶそういった高校での学びがその先のステージ                                                           五日の記念講演は平昌冬季オリンピックのスケート競技で                     =自立といった関係を構築したいものです
                      において自己実現の一助になっていくことと思います本                                                           金メダルに輝いた茅野市出身の小平奈緒選手のコーチとし
                      校は  「卓越した探究的な学びを推進する高校(スーパー探                                                       て知られる結城匡啓信州大学教授を講師にお招きし「金メダ                     追記 本校ホームページに「校長日記」(日記ではなく不定

     者にお願いする方法等を知ることができて面白かった。他の仕事                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         子化が急速に進んでいるが、そんななかででも紙の本を読んでい

     編集者はほとんど名前も知られていないけれど、人に何かを与え、                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       ん重要な役であることにとても驚いた。小説以外の本を読むこと
     新たなことを知らせる仕事は、やりがいがあると感じた。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               がいままではほとんど無かったが、これからはすすんで読んでみ
     仕事でのやりがいや達成感などについて聞けたことで、つらくて                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         ようと思った。

                                      い恰好でかっこいいダンスを披露してくれました                      日輪祭では      「帰宅班」としてクラス展示に尽                との大切さを実感しました
                                      惚れましたその後書道や軽音の発表グルー                          力しました去年のクラス展示の準備がだいぶ忙                        まず応援練習です昔からの伝統である応援
                                      プやクラスごとのダンスの発表がありました僕                      しかったので今年は少しでも余裕が持てるよう                      練習どんなものだろうと最初はとても興味深い

                                      トを売っていましたしかし一日目のお昼ごろ                        とにクラス展示で二組は学年一位をもとることが                    と変わりました中には涙している人もいました
                                      フライヤーが壊れてしまい販売することができ                      出来ました本当に凄いなと思いました合唱で                        応援練習を通じやり抜くことで得られるものが
                                      なくなってしまいました家庭科の先生を探した                      は時に体力的精神的にきつい練習もありまし                        あるのだと強く感じました団長の話と最後の学

                                      のですが見つからずどうすればいいか困って                        たがそれも去年の自分たちを超えるため全                          年全員の校庭に響きわたった「わかりました!」
                                      いるときに副担任の森山先生が指示をしてくれ                      体での発 表 順一番でも 良い結 果 を 残 す ために 頑             の声は忘れられないものとなりました
                                      て販売を再開することができました決断力が                        張っていきました練習時発表時のクラスの団                          次に日輪祭ですクラス展示ではみんなで
                                      あり的確な指示を生徒に不安を感じさせないよ                      結 力 は と て も 強 く なっ た の で は な い か と 思 い ま   案を出し合い協力して準備をしました当日は
                                      う冷静にする森山先生に感銘を受けこんな大人                      すこの日輪祭でまたひとつ二組は強くなれた気                      来てくれた方々の笑顔を見て人を楽しませるの

                                         合 唱 コン ク ー ル は 僕 た ち の ク ラ ス は 四 位 で し     行事もなかなか忙しかった前期でしたがやは                      日輪祭期間中私達が楽しんでいる中生徒会役
                                      た他の人から見ると残念だったねと思うか                          り自分は日々の学習がどえらく大変でした周り                      員の方々が裏で仕事をしている姿を何度も見まし
                                      もしれませんが僕たちのクラスではうれしい結                      の人たちは班活動をしているのにも関わらず自分                    た見るたびに汗をかきながら一生懸命仕事をす
                                      果でした僕は練習時間を決めるだけの合唱係で                      とは圧倒的というほどの差が出ているように結果                    る姿はとても印象的でした日輪祭期間はあっ
                                      したが朝早くからもお昼の時間も集まっても                        からみると痛感させられますだけれども自分                        という間でとても濃く学びもある楽しい時間で
                                      らっていたので悔しい結果になってしまったら                      も自分なりに努力を微力ながら重ねていきなん                      した
                                      申し訳ないと思っていましたしかし文句を言                        とか授業等についていっています自分は「大器                        このように前期ではやり抜くことで得られる
                                      う人はおらず当日には七時四五分という早すぎ                      晩成」なんだと言い聞かせて日々の学習にこれか                    ものがあるということをとても実感できました
                                      るとも思われる時間に練習を始めることを決めた                    らも取り組んでいきたいと思いますそしていつ                      後期でも何事もやり抜くということを大切に
                                      のですが全員が集まっていました感謝もあり                        か 「周りの人たちと同じ土俵に立ち勝負が出                       楽しく充実した日々を送っていきたいと思います
                                      ましたし頑張ろうとより強く思えました                            来る程までにしたい」と二年生になり改めて思う

                        息子が小学生の頃より「日輪祭に行く」事は我が家の定番でした「将棋を指しに行
                       く」事が主な理由ですが活気ある雰囲気や展示物の素晴らしさに感心し心待ちにして

                       いました
                        今年も素敵なパンフレットが届きましたクラス展や文化班の催し模擬店ここ
                       に来るまでどれだけ準備が大変だったか想像でき好天を心から祈りました
                        当日ロータリーには迫力満点”若冲 “ のSYMBOL W ALL が現れ「わぁー
                       すごーい」思わず駆け寄りました細かく丁寧な作業が見て取れました
                        校舎内は小さなお子さんから年配の方まで大勢の方が行き交う賑やかさ地域の方
                       も日輪祭を楽しみにしているのだなと思いました
                        1年生のクラス展はみんな明るくて楽しくて輝く笑顔が印象的でした入学して
                       まだ数か月なのに準備などを通して打ち解け友情を深めそして「かけがえのない仲
                       間」になっていくのですねとてもうれしい気持ちにさせてもらいました
                        2年生のクラス展は「沖縄」をテーマにしており沖縄の歴史や特徴が丁寧にまとめら
                       れて見入りました沖縄を学ぶことができ沖縄に寄り添える気持ちになりました秋の
                       修学旅行1で沖縄を見て感じて学びを深めていけるといいですね
                        3年生の模擬店はおもてなしの心を感じました温かいものを温かくおいしく頂きま
                       した大勢のお客様が喜んで大盛況でしたね最後の日輪祭3年生も充分楽しんだかな
                       日輪祭は全校一丸となって真摯に取り組む結果すべての人にさわやかな感動を与え
                       自らの心にも良い糧として残っていくのではないでしょうか感動をありがとう

                        日輪祭最終日も朝から時折雨が降っていました
                      雨の音がない中で合唱コンクールを聴くことが出来れば良
                      い な と 思 い な が ら 学 校 へ 向 か っ て 歩 い て い る と 校 門 の
                      外 に ま で 練 習 し て い る 歌 声 が 響 き 渡 っ て い ま し た 当 日 の
                      朝 ま で 各 ク ラ ス 一 生 懸 命 練 習 し て い た の で す ね 合 唱 コ ン
                      ク ー ル が 始 ま る と 雨 も や み 心 地 よ い 風 も 体 育 館 に 吹 き 込
                      んできました

                      の 鳥 肌 が 立 つ ほ ど の 素 敵 な 歌 声 そ し て 全 校 の 皆 さ ん の 圧
                      倒的な声量さすが北高生です
                        とても幸せな気持ちにさせて頂いた合唱コンクールと全
                      校第九合唱でしたありがとうございました
                                                                                  姿勢が決して中途半端なものではなかったということを受験    会場へ入りました私は百メートルと二百メートルの背泳

                                                                                  勉強に取り組む中で証明していきたいと思います              ぎに出場し両方とも予選で自己ベストを更新して決勝に
                                                                                                                                            進出することができました一年生の時は決勝前すごく緊
                                                                                    野球班                          3年5組 木内    仁     張してしまい自分の力を出し切れませんでしたですが今
                                                                                                                                            年はその時の反省を生かしいい緊張感で落ち着いてスター
                                                                                 「たかが野球」                                             ト台にたてましたその結果二百メートルでは決勝でさら
                                                                                    僕達のやっていることなど所詮班活動球場の近くを車       にベストを更新でき百メートルでは七位に入賞できて嬉し
                                                                                 で通り過ぎる人には関係のないことですそれでも僕達は野       かったですインターハイへの壁は高かったけれど今まで
                                                                                 球に熱中していきました                                     取り組んできたことは無駄ではなかったんだと思えた瞬間で
                                                                                   入班してから引退するまでの間何一つ不自由なく野球に       したまたリレー二種目も記録を更新することができと
                                                                                 打ち込むことができました両親に支えられ仲間と出会い        ても充実した大会でした

                        吹奏楽班で過ごした日々はあっという間に過ぎてしまい       ません大会で負けて悔しい気持ちはありますが後悔は野
                      ましたが振り返ってみると本当に充実していたなと思いま       球に付き物なのであとは可愛い後輩達がやってくれると期      「皆どんな気持ちで引退したんだろう」

                      す希望の楽器になれなかった時班長という立場が嫌になっ       待しています                                                 そんなことを考えながら現役最後のレースとなる試合
                      た時一緒に頑張ってきた仲間が班活を辞めた時思えば泣            最後に僕は「スポーツってすげぇな」と思います選手       のレーンに立った
                      きながら帰る日の方が 多かったように思いますそれでも        だけでなく家族や友人全く関係のない人までも夢中にさ           僕は県大会六位で北信越大会へ出場した県大会の順位
                      最後までやって来られたのは班員の皆や顧問の先生親のお       せるスポーツ皆が一点に泣き一点に喜びます人を引き           はよくないが自己記録では悪くない位置にいた準決勝
                      かげだと思っています苦しいことを共有してくれる仲間と       つける力がスポーツにはあります僕にとって野球は生活の      には進めるだろうと自分では思っていた

                      とも今となっては皆で笑い話に出来ているのだと思います                                                                    試合までの時間は一瞬で過ぎ気づけばもうすぐスタート
                        こんなに大好きな吹奏楽が終わってしまいいつものように        水泳班                          3年4組 永原    彩     だったレーンに入って準 備し冒 頭のように思ったス
                      練習終わりに仲間とたわいもない話をする時間が無くなってし                                                              タートの構えを取りピストルが鳴ったスタートからゴー
                      まったら何を生き甲斐に残りの高校生活を送ってゆけば良い        昨年の北信越大会では自分の思うようなレースができず     ルまでの四百メートル過去最高のパフォーマンスをしたと
                      のかわかりませんでしたが実際最後までやり切ってみると        悔しさが残る結果になってしまいましただからこそ今年は      思うしかし結果は四着で予選落ち準決勝まであと十
                      班活をやり切れたということと悔いなく終われたということ      納得して終わりたいという気持ちが強かったですそのため      分の一秒だった引退が決まったのに涙は出なかった
                      が自信になりこれから受験勉強を頑張っていこうというモチ      に自分の泳ぎの課題を見つけて一年間取り組んできました        皆どんな気持ちで引退したのかわからないが少なくと
                      ベーションにつながりました引退時に顧問の先生に掛けてい        今年の北信越大会は新潟県長岡市で行われました自          も僕はすべて出し切った満足感を持ち誇らしい気持ち
                      ただいた言葉をお借りしますが今まで班活に取り組んできた     分のやってきたことを信じて力を出し切ろうという思いで       だった悔いもなく終わり方としては最高だった
